About the Company

Isla Grace Mortgages was founded in 2019 by Gareth Walsh. As a family-orientated business, Isla Grace is built upon the foundations of creating a legacy for Gareth’s daughters. The vision behind Isla Grace is to help people reach their dreams of home ownership, whilst making the process as smooth and least time consuming for them as possible.

Gareth Walsh

Mortgage Broker & Owner

Gareth has worked in the financial industry for over 15 years and in 2019 decided to open Isla Grace Mortgages. Away from the office Gareth can be found drinking a Negroni while spending time with his one true love… music (his wife is happy as his second true love). Gareth’s claim to fame is that he was a runner-up on the National Lottery game show Break The Safe – 10 points if you can find the footage!

Sarah Smith

Head of Operations

Sarah is our Head of Operations and she’ll be responsible for looking after our administration processes and helping Gareth look after client cases. Sarah originally hails from Liverpool. She is married to Josh and they have two wonderful young children, Jackson and Joanie. Sarah’s main claim to fame is that she was invited to trials for Liverpool Football Club when she was only 11 years of age!
